Starting the Dumpster Dudez RVA South franchise was their change. They enjoy the less physically demanding and time-consuming work. Steve enjoys driving the truck and listening to music. Nicole, a former nurse, enjoys meeting new people and still takes care of others by providing exceptional customer service and being friendly and personable.
