We rented a 20 yard dumpster for a house clean out. 1 ton was included, we put in almost another ton for an additional charge of almost $100. The scheduling was easy, the rates are fair. On this alone, I would recommend them. Beyond the basics, Joan responded to a question I asked via text message in 36 minutes with a helpful answer. Then on delivery day, Guy reached out with drop off questions. He had concerns about driving on grass. I told him where we were taking things out of the house and to use his professional judgment about placement, it worked out perfectly. I sent a text to Joan when we were done early and asked for the weight. She responded promptly and sent an image of the scale receipt and the final invoice. Everything was courteous and professional. Based on this top notch customer service, Dumpster Dudez will be my first choice for sure!
