We’ll provide a general delivery window the day before your scheduled drop-off, and you’ll receive a call or text about 30 minutes before your team arrives. While we aim to complete most deliveries before 2 PM, unexpected delays like weather, traffic, or earlier site issues can impact the schedule, so we appreciate your flexibility.

If you have a special request regarding timing, let us know when booking. We can’t guarantee exact times, but we will gladly take your request into account when planning your route.

As long as all the debris stays within the dumpster’s weight limit and doesn’t include any prohibited materials, you’re free to use it for as many home projects as you’d like.
