5-Yard Dumpster (10′ x 8′ x 2′): Our 5-yard dumpster holds 2–3 pickup truck loads of waste, and is perfect for small DIY projects or short-term rentals. Whether you’re tackling a basement clean-out, bathroom remodel, patio renovation, or hauling concrete, this compact but mighty bin can handle it all.
10-Yard Dumpster (10′ x 8′ x 4′): Small but capable, the 10-yard dumpster holds about 5 to 6 pickup truck loads of waste. Its compact size makes it perfect for tight spaces while still providing plenty of room for garage cleanouts, minor renovations, yard debris, or small furniture disposal. This bin offers a convenient waste solution without taking up too much space on your property.
15-Yard Dumpster (11′ x 8′ x 4.5′): The 15-yard dumpster holds 7 to 8 pickup truck loads of waste, making it a great choice for larger home cleanouts, medium-scale remodeling projects, flooring removal, and bulky item disposal. Its moderate size offers extra capacity without overwhelming your property, making it a go-to option for projects like roofing and multi-room renovations.
20-Yard Dumpster (11′ x 8′ x 6′): The 20-yard dumpster is our most popular option, holding 10 to 12 pickup truck loads of waste. It’s perfect for large home renovations, major landscaping projects, and estate cleanouts. With enough space for heavier debris like drywall, old cabinets, and flooring, it still fits within a standard parking space, striking the perfect balance between size and versatility.
25-Yard Dumpster (14′ x 8′ x 6′): Built for big jobs, the 25-yard dumpster holds 12 to 15 pickup truck loads of waste. It's the best choice for large-scale projects like whole-home remodels, estate cleanouts, and commercial renovations. Designed to handle bulkier debris such as furniture, appliances, and construction waste, it maximizes efficiency on job sites while still fitting in most driveways—roughly the size of a small camper.

To figure out what dumpster size you need, consider the following:
All contents must be level with or below the top edge of the dumpster.
If a dumpster is overfilled, we may need to remove material before pickup, and any extra work required to make the load safe could result in additional charges or delays.
Yes. Every dumpster size has a weight limit based on its capacity and local landfill or disposal site guidelines. If your load exceeds the included weight limit, extra charges may apply.
For most home renovations or remodels, a 15-yard or 20-yard dumpster is usually the best fit. They’re large enough to handle debris like drywall, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures, but not so large that you’re paying for space you won’t use.
It depends on the type of debris you’re cleaning up. If it’s just lighter material like branches, leaves, or grass, you should have plenty of room in a 10-yard dumpster. However, if your project involves heavier materials such as sod, pavers, dirt, or decorative stone, a 15- to 20-yard dumpster is a better choice because it has more space and a higher weight limit.
