North Texas Owner

Hello, my name is Andrew Guest, and I grew up in Celina, TX. With the explosive growth in my hometown and the rest of the North Texas corridor, I wanted to find a way to contribute to this exciting historic economic boom! After considerable research, it became abundantly clear that Dumpster Dudez was a great opportunity to provide a much-needed community service for contractors, developers, homeowners, and other businesses in North Texas.

After graduating from the University of North Texas, I began my career in Client Relations and Business Development. Later, I transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, which assisted in my learning and understanding the market’s needs in this region. My prior business experience has allowed me to successfully launch Dumpster Dudez of North Texas, and I am grateful that I am able to serve my local community in a way that is truly fulfilling.

What drew me to Dumpster Dudez was the culture and leadership team, who have been invaluable in helping me to go from concept to execution. Their commitment to success and genuine desire to help others made it an easy decision to partner. I am committed to serving our community with gratitude and dedication.

Andrew Remboldt

Andrew Remboldt is an entrepreneur based in the Las Vegas area with his wife and two kids. Originally from South Dakota, where he still owns another business, Andrew has been a business owner since graduating high school and has a passion for entrepreneurship.

He acquired Dumpster Dudez in October 2024 and has enjoyed working with Dumpster Dudez due to the simplicity of the business model and the strong, supportive culture within the franchise.

BK and Rebecca Courvelle Fournet

Byron “BK” and Rebecca Courvelle Fournet, owners of Dumpster Dudez of Acadiana! BK has worked in health care as a Nurse Practitioner and is an accomplished real estate investor. Rebecca is experienced in sales and has spent her career working in the car dealership her grandfather started almost 60 years ago. After 30 years in healthcare BK was ready to make a career change and start a small business. Together, with Rebecca, they started Dumpster Dudez of Acadiana. Their goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision when renting a dumpster. Fair and honest pricing, reliability, and outstanding customer service, that’s the Dumpster Dudez difference.

Brannon Fain and Michael Young

Treasure Coast Owners

Co-owners Brannon Fain and Michael Young bring their unique set of skills to offer the very best in dumpster rentals along Florida’s beautiful Port St. Lucie / Stuart and surrounding areas!

Brannon Fain brings with him a wide variety of experience specifically related to the flooring and construction industry. He has also been involved in building and managing multiple businesses in real estate construction, both new construction and remodeling, since 1995.

Michael Young specializes in project management and commercial construction and has been managing his own businesses in construction (both new construction and remodeling) since 2019. A Port St. Lucie High School graduate, Michael quickly established himself in the construction industry, excelling in on-time, budget-conscious project delivery. As a Project Manager at Colony Display, he led a nationwide team for Lowe’s refresh program, growing the business unit to several million in sales over nine years.

In 2021, Michael and His wife Kristina decided to shift gears and take advantage of their knowledge in the junk removal industry and purchased their own equipment. This company has grown exponentially since then, especially after the hurricane landed on the West Coast of FL in 2022. Because of their success, Mr. Young also has an extensive list of General Contractors across the State of FL for commercial projects. Most recently, in 2023, Michael has expanded to become part of the Dumpster Dudez family.

Simultaneously, while building American Grit Dumpsters & Removal alongside Dumpster Dudez of Treasure Coast, Mike and his wife also own a residential and commercial cleaning company called Reel Tidy Solutions. All three companies work synergistically to complement each other’s growth potential.

Michael Young was born and raised in the Treasure Coast of Florida where he still resides with his wife Kristina and their 5 children.

Bryan Pritchard

Harrisburg Owner

Bryan has been married for over 20 years and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, including roles as a company driver, in management, and as the owner of a tanker business. Now, Bryan and his family are excited to embark on a new venture with the Dumpster Dudez franchise. They look forward to serving the Greater Harrisburg Area with reliable, customer-focused service.

Charlie brings over 30 years of experience in the franchise world, having successfully built and expanded Subway locations in Indianapolis. Since 1995, he has also launched multiple startups and developed commercial real estate. His passion lies in customer service and business development.

Marshall, an attorney by trade with a background in sales, is excited to embark on this new entrepreneurial journey. A proud Michigan graduate and avid outdoorsman, he is eager to help establish and expand the Dumpster Dudez brand.

Charlie and Marshall were drawn to Dumpster Dudez by its strong company culture and leadership-because at the end of the day, they're just great Dudez!

Berks County was the first Dumpster Dudez location. Local franchise owner, and Dumpster Dudez founder, Dustin Kiene has been a small business owner in Berks County since 2009. Dustin’s goal is to provide unmatched customer service and budget-friendly pricing to his customers. We specialize in helping individual homeowners and small commercial contractors.

I was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. With a background in carpentry, team management, and hands-on problem-solving, I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and finding practical solutions. In my free time, I love flying drones and exploring new perspectives from above.

For years, I knew I wanted to own a business and explored many different franchise opportunities. When I discovered Dumpster Dudez and connected with their team, I immediately knew it was the right fit. I enjoy being on the road, discovering new places, and helping clients with their cleanup and renovation projects. Many customers have been putting off their cleanouts for months—sometimes even years—so it's rewarding to show up and provide the service they need to finally get it done.

For the past 14 years, I was apart of a startup business based here in the DFW and when I felt the timing was right for a professional change, I decided to jump head first into owning and operating Dumpster Dudez of Dallas.

This city is where I bought my first house, met and married my gorgeous wife, and where we raise our family. I have a desire to give back to Dallas for all that it’s done fore me, so starting a service-based business in this community was a no-brainer.

Jeff Kelly, Eric Sotzin, and Chad Harman are 3 friends who each bring their own set of expertise to the business.

Jeff Kelly is an Independent Financial Advisor who has been in the industry for 25 years. He is always looking for new business opportunities, and after personally using this company for a few jobs, he wanted to be a part of the Dudez family. He has held a variety of jobs over the years and is not afraid to get his hands dirty, so you may see him delivering your dumpster! In his free time, he enjoys golfing, basketball, softball, camping, and attending PSU football games with his wife and 3 kids.

Eric Sotzin is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with 35 years of experience across diverse industries including Advertising, Health Care, Wireless and Data, and Corporate Office Furniture. Driven by curiosity, Eric embraces new challenges and thrives on adaptability. When he's not closing deals, you can find him enjoying golf, outdoor activities, cheering for Penn State and Eagles Football, or hanging out with his family and beloved fur babies.

Chad Harman loves working with Dumpster Dudez because the team is reliable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Jesse Cornett & Jaron Dishner

Jesse Cornett and Jaron Dishner are the co-owners of Dumpster Dudez Knoxville West, a locally operated dumpster rental service in Knoxville, Tennessee. Their company is built on a commitment to exceptional customer service, providing prompt deliveries, professional support, and competitive pricing to meet both residential and commercial waste management needs.

In addition to his role at Dumpster Dudez, Jesse has a background in sales and earned his MBA from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He brings valuable experience from his time at Lowe's Companies, Inc., specializing in management and supply chain operations.

Jaron has extensive experience in retail management and business operations. He has held leadership positions, including District Operations Manager and Retail Manager at major corporations. He also holds a degree in Leadership Studies from Lincoln Memorial University (LMU).

Jerimiah Smith, our Operations Manager, is a Knoxville native and an avid outdoorsman, bringing a background in construction and several other logistics-related fields. His hands-on expertise contributes to the team's ability to efficiently manage waste solutions for their customers.

Through their diverse professional backgrounds and shared dedication to customer satisfaction, Jesse, Jaron, and Jerimiah have established themselves as trusted business leaders in the Knoxville community.

After Serving 22 years of dedicated service as a member of the Local Fire Department, Joey Harrison started his role as the owner operator of Dumpster Dudez Of Polk County in October 2024. Transitioning from The Fire Department to the dumpster rental industry, Joey continues to serve the residents of Polk County, ensuring they have access to reliable waste management. Judson & Haley decided to join the Dumpster Dudez team and dropped their first dumpster April 2024. Judson had been the breadwinner of the Brown household, working in sales and management, while Haley attended to their twin sons, born in 2019, as a stay-at-home mom. Between a Covid layoff and company buy-outs followed by layoffs, Judson decided to take the reins and provide for his family on his own terms — with the support & partnership of Haley, as they based their business in Sunbury. Rob lives in north-central Indiana with his family. He has been married for over 25 years and still has a couple of his six kids at home. With more than two decades of experience in the Electric Utility Industry, Rob is excited to apply his expertise in management and operations to deliver exceptional service to Dumpster Dudez customers.
