Hello, my name is Andrew Guest, and I grew up in Celina, TX. With the explosive growth in my hometown and the rest of the North Texas corridor, I wanted to find a way to contribute to this exciting historic economic boom! After considerable research, it became abundantly clear that Dumpster Dudez was a great opportunity to provide a much-needed community service for contractors, developers, homeowners, and other businesses in North Texas.

After graduating from the University of North Texas, I began my career in Client Relations and Business Development. Later, I transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, which assisted in my learning and understanding the market’s needs in this region. My prior business experience has allowed me to successfully launch Dumpster Dudez of North Texas, and I am grateful that I am able to serve my local community in a way that is truly fulfilling.

What drew me to Dumpster Dudez was the culture and leadership team, who have been invaluable in helping me to go from concept to execution. Brannon Fain and Michael Young

Co-owners Brannon Fain and Michael Young bring their unique set of skills to offer the very best in dumpster rentals along Florida’s beautiful Port St. Lucie / Stuart and surrounding areas!

Brannon Fain brings with him a wide variety of experience specifically related to the flooring and construction industry. He has also been involved in building and managing multiple businesses in real estate construction, both new construction and remodeling, since 1995.

Michael Young specializes in project management and commercial construction and has been managing his own businesses in construction (both new construction and remodeling) since 2019. A Port St. Lucie High School graduate, Michael quickly established himself in the construction industry, excelling in on-time, budget-conscious project delivery. As a Project Manager at Colony Display, he led a nationwide team for Lowe’s refresh program, growing the business unit to several million in sales over nine years.

In 2021, Michael and His wife Kristina decided to shift gears and take advantage of their knowledge in the junk removal industry and purchased their own equipment. This company has grown exponentially since then, especially after the hurricane landed on the West Coast of FL in 2022. Because of their success, Mr. Young also has an extensive list of General Contractors across the State of FL for commercial projects. Most recently, in 2023, Michael has expanded to become part of the Dumpster Dudez family.

Simultaneously, while building American Grit Dumpsters & Removal alongside Dumpster Dudez of Treasure Coast, Mike and his wife also own a residential and commercial cleaning company called Reel Tidy Solutions. All three companies work synergistically to complement each other’s growth potential.

Michael Young was born and raised in the Treasure Coast of Florida where he still resides with his wife Kristina and their 5 children.

Anjie was born and raised in Australia, where she built an established career as an Intelligence Officer with the Australian Federal Police. Judson & Haley decided to join the Dumpster Dudez team and dropped their first dumpster April 2024. Judson had been the breadwinner of the Brown household, working in sales and management, while Haley attended to their twin sons, born in 2019, as a stay-at-home mom. Between a Covid layoff and company buy-outs followed by layoffs, Judson decided to take the reins and provide for his family on his own terms — with the support & partnership of Haley, as they based their business in Sunbury. Steve and his wife, Nicole, have been together for almost 20 years and, between them, they have six children and seven grandchildren. They are true partners in all aspects of their life. Dumpster Dudez is their second business venture. After 10 years of running a heavy equipment rigging company, they decided it was time to make a change. Starting the Dumpster Dudez RVA South franchise was their change. They enjoy the less physically demanding and time-consuming work. Steve enjoys driving the truck and listening to music. Nicole, a former nurse, enjoys meeting new people and still takes care of others by providing exceptional customer service and being friendly and personable. They connect with their customers as evidenced by their 5-star reviews.  They are extremely pleased to be a part of the Dudez family and plan to continue being a Dude and Dudette for as long as the Lord allows.

Rob lives in north-central Indiana with his family. He has been married for over 25 years and still has a couple of his six kids at home. Robert Baird opened the very first California-based Dumpster Dudez location in 2023. He brings 15 years of small business ownership experience to the table. Robert lives in Orange County on Balboa Island withwith his wife and teenage daughter and serves all of Southern California.
